Learn by doing; two trainers to six students
Network
Delivering international cross-examination training is a team effort, so IAA relies on its valuable network, to which it expresses its sincere thanks
Online and London host
IAA now delivers online and hybrid training courses in addition to in-person courses and has chosen a special partner to make that possible
The International Arbitration Centre (IAC) has state-of-the-art arbitral hearing rooms in the centre of legal London, right opposite Middle Temple. Its arbitral hearing rooms are supported by the latest online technology and the technicians necessary to make the online experience as good as or better than in-person hearings. IAC is IAA's online host for its training courses
Arbitral institutions
IAA has partnered with the following arbitral institutions to deliver cross-examination training in Europe and the Far East
Associations of arbitration practitioners
IAA has delivered cross-examination training to associations of arbitration advocates around the world
Testifying experts
IAA's network of qualified forensic accountants and valuation experts - with strong previous testifying experience - participate as testifying experts in each of IAA’s tailored training programmes; creating highly realistic and challenging experiences for the delegates.
BRG is regularly called upon to provide evidence in leading arbitration cases around the globe and has partnered with IAA to provide expert witnesses and course content across a diverse range of subject areas, including economics, intellectual property and strategic analysis.
EY has a portfolio of expert witnesses which includes some of the foremost forensic accounting experts in the world. EY provides IAA with invaluable testimony and course materials in a broad range of disciplines extending beyond traditional accounting practices.
